Vocational training is an investment in the future – the future of our company and the future of young people. For this reason, we offer our apprentices a high-quality apprenticeship through which we convey all the theoretical and practical skills they need to finish the apprenticeship successfully. In addition to the apprenticeship framework we set a high value on preparing our apprentices to an optimum for later professional life.

With an apprenticeship quota of nearly 10 % we are committed to the future of young people more than the average company. We want to offer them an attractive and well-founded apprenticeship via special ideas and activities such as the team-week at the beginning of the apprenticeship, the weekly in-house class or the BUTTING fanshop which is attended by the commercial apprentices.
