BUTTING – Pipe elbows

Depending on the outside diameter we produce elbows without folds from BUTTING longitudinally welded pipes using various bending processes. Elbows are also made from two halves from plate.

The different production processes at our disposal enable a production of bends acc. to DIN 2505, types 3 and 5 and even bigger radii and with tangents without circumferential weld, if required. Also three-dimensional multiple bends can be made in accordance with the customers' isometric drawings.

Elbows for piggable pipelines with tight tolerances on ovality acc. to DIN 2430-1 are produced to complete our prodution. The inside diameter of the mother pipe is crucial and should not be changed unduly. To ensure an optimum quality and tolerances, the use of pipes and elbows from the same production lot and heat is recommended.
