The visions of BUTTING Personal-Service (BUTTING Personnel Service, BPS), founded in 2003, cover a wide range of challenges, in order to create both good sense and prosperity in the region: as a service provider, BPS supports regional companies in coping with periods of peak capacity avoiding making excessive demands on their employees and also averting economic risks. In addition, it takes on responsibilities in Human Resource Management, thus easing the pressure on the administration and management of smaller enterprises.

In cooperation with the BUTTING Akademie, BPS plans and carries out targeted measures in staff development, in order to continuously improve the qualifications of employees.

In addition, BPS initiates and coordinates a training alliance, in order to create additional qualified trainee places in the region, train new staff for the region and prevent a shortage of skilled labour.
